We currently hold (4) CMO’s “Collateralized Mortgage Obligations”. Currently we find ourselves in a position to expand our portfolio and to increase our profits.
We are seeking an Interest Only Loan over a 5 Year Period. We will pay 10% Interest per year and will repay the balance in full at the end of the term. We are seeking $4,000,000.00 for our 2nd Round of Financing.
Currently we have (4) Bonds and are in the process of purchasing (3) Additional Bonds. We are now looking to move to the 2nd stage of our funding plan. The principles are made up of an attorney, a CMO Specialist, a Banker, and a Sales and Marketing Professional.
