The house: This is a 3 story row home less than 5 minutes from Main St. Manayunk, which contains some of the best shopping, bars, and food in Philly. The house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer in unit. The main level consists of a spacious living room, dining room, and pretty big kitchen. Also, there is a fenced in back porch. The second and third floors each contain two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both available bedrooms contain a closet. The 2 available bedrooms are located on the second floor, which contains the washer/dryer. The house is mostly furnished, except for your room. There is street parking available, and it is a 10 minute walk from the Manayunk/Norristown regional rail line. The roommates: My roommate and I are both 24, and we are just graduating from grad school. We are looking for 2 females around the same age. We have pretty standard work hours during the week. We enjoy the Manayunk nightlife from time to time. We're pretty laid back, but we keep a pretty clean household. We believe in sharing household duties, aka cleaning, food, etc. We often hang-out in the joint living space downstairs, so we are looking for people that like to do the same.
