I'm in search of a clean, responsible, mature roommate (female preferred) to move in ASAP. My other roommate just moved away to school, thus I have an available bedroom. I do have a dog, so no other pets, please. Also, my current roommate and I are easy to get a long with!
The available bedroom is carpeted and has a fresh coat of paint. It also has a fairly large closet and it connected to the bathroom.
Rent is due on the first of each month!
No security deposit.
All utilities included.
No drugs/smoking/ex-convicts.
