Looking for a great gal to live with! My current roommate is moving far far away, so now I'm looking for a cool chick to live with. Ideally I would like someone who is fairly laid back, clean, respectful, and who I could become friends with. I like to go out and drink on the weekends and go to happy hour every once and awhile, but typically during the week I'm really busy. I would like someone who also has this balanced lifestyle of work and play. Additionally, I have a cat who is super old, but chill. The landlord unfortunately doesn't allow dogs, but I would also prefer no other cats ONLY due to the fact that my cat is ancient and she would get stressed if another cat were to live here. The room is available December 15th, but if you can't move in until January 1st that's fine too. One last thing--you would be subletting from my current roommate and the lease ends August 31st, xxxx About the apartment: -Great location! -2BR/1.5Bath -2 floors -Open layout -Hardwood floors -Bedrooms have skylights and walk in closets -Dishwasher -Washer/Dryer -Utilities really aren't that bad--we pay roughly $100/month (cable, internet, electric, gas) -Room dimensions: Width wall to wall (not including walk in closet) = 8 ft 9 in, Length to door= 11ft 9 in, Length to wall = 8 ft 10 in-- you absolutely can fit a queen size bed and still have plenty of room as the girl before us had one
